I have always been a real believer in proof. When there is so much hype on the Internet these days, you can never get enough proof... Because results is all that really counts, no matter what. I think everyone would agree with that.
Well, ever since the release of the One Handed Drum Roll Training Pack a few months ago, I've had the opportunity to hear back from a number of students regarding their results.
I have listed below just a few of the success stories I've received from students all over the world. (There are many more!) Best of all, these results are just the BEGINNING for these drummers as they will continue to implement the method in new and unique ways in the future.

The method Jared uses to teach this technique is awesome. He not only goes over the technique verbally but provides an easy understanding behind the mechanics by showing you the step by step process visually. He road maps the whole thing.
When I first popped the DVD in I was excited but also skeptical that "I" could pull it off. Within an hour I was keeping the roll pretty steady and within a week, feeling pretty comfortable with the technique. I'm know longer skeptical to say the least!
The roll in and of itself has increased my confidence behind the kit and always provokes crowd response.

Thank you for providing this information. As a teacher, I understand the importance of making things simple. As a professional musician, I've enjoyed the manner in which the video was presented. I've shown some of my students the basics and they're really turned on! Being a teacher myself, I enjoyed the laid back approach. It was easy to understand and down to earth.
I had the concept in a couple of tries. I had it playable (not necessarily presentable) within 5 minutes.
It's definitely eye-opening the first time you see it - especially to the audience members who are musicians. It has added a new tool to my soloing. Even though I haven't fully mastered it, I've raised a few eyebrows and dropped a few jaws in the past couple of weeks.

Easy to follow and duplicate. Well broken down so I can understand how each step w0rks. The highlight for me is how quickly I could do it. I was able to play it within the first few minutes of the DVD.

The DVD arrived to and I have to say it is a very impressive production. Congratulations not only on your playing prowess and ability to teach but also on having the courage and commitment to set up your business in such a
professional manner. I've been playing since I was 8 (and that's almost 50
years ago) but I bought the DVD as a birthday present for my eldest son. I
can see that my two younger sons are gonna be very envious.
By the way your kit sounded great - what drums are you using. I have a Pearl Masterworks kit with K and A customs.

I received my DVD today, I had long heard of the 'drum gods' doing one handed rolls and recently read an article with Ian Paice of Deep Purple where he commented that he did not demonstrate the method of executing the one handed roll because he wanted to keep some things to himself; so I have always wanted to be able to perform this most impressive technique and I have to say your method for teaching the one handed roll is fantastically effective.
I watched the DVD earlier this morning (and I don't want this to sound like a product testimonial but..) within an hour I was performing a half decent one-handed roll! Initially after reading about your DVD I was a little skeptical and I mean this with all due respect, but I'd never heard of you and I always tend to buy products produced by the 'drum gods' however your DVD has been the first one (and I have many) that actually delivered what it promised and I will be recommending it to friends.

I was one of the two drummers in the drum battle with Jared the first time he played the one handed roll for an audience. He told me before hand that he had a trick up his sleeve, but I had no idea.
When he transitioned from a two handed roll to a one handed roll, it took me a few seconds to realize what was even happening. I practically fell off my drum throne trying to get up to see what was going on.
I have since got the practice material and have started to learn to play the method. I'm really impressed at how well everything is explained in the video, and the slow motion clips have definitely helped.
